The following is an explanation of our billing procedure:

Dr Joy’s Rates:

• INITIAL ADULT VISIT: $495.
• FOLLOW-UP ADULT VISITS: $250.
• INITIAL PEDIATRIC VISITS: $395
• FOLLOW-UP PEDIATRIC VISITS: $200.
• INITIAL PET VISITS: $300.
• FOLLOW-UP PET VISITS: $195.
• ACUTE CONSULT: $105 (this varies based on the nature of the situation)
• FOLLOW-UP, GREATER THAN 3 YEARS SINCE LAST VISIT: $350
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL REMEDIES, SUPPLEMENTS, and LAB TESTING ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST.

Because naturopathic medicine is not licensed by the state of Pennsylvania (yet) our services are not covered by insurance.

Appointment fees must be paid for PRIOR to your appointment. A non-refundabled deposit of $50 is charged at time of booking (Initial Consultations only) to hold the appointment. It is applied to your visit fee.

If you must cancel an appointment, the cancellation must be made at least 24 business hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Initial Consultations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, Follow Up visits $50. We retain your credit card information to secure your appointment time. In the case of a Late Cancellation, your card will be charged accordingly.)

In the case of a “No Show” (meaning you have not called to cancel an appointment) your card will be charged for the full price of the visit.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns of any supplements. You can contact the specific supplement vendor for inquiries on returns.
